When you want a healthy & extremely tasty dish then this fusion is a perfect blend for your tastebuds. It’s extremely simple, a party going and elevates your mood instantly. I enjoy this dish & so do my family. Also, when eaten with toast bread then it’s a complete filling bowl – just perfect! This is a special try dish on weekends because we are any which way lousy and want to relish some yum.
Ingredients
- For the White Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Butter
- 2-3 Tsp Cornflour
- 2 Cup Milk
- Salt as Per Taste
- 1.5 Tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 Tsp Cream (Malai)
- For the Veggies
- 1 Capsicum (Chopped)
- 1/2 Zucchini (Chopped)
- 1 Broccoli (Chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Corn (Boiled)
- 8-10 Spinach Leaves (Roughly Chopped)
- 1/4 Cup Coriander
- 2 Green Chillies (Chopped)
- 2 Tsp Oregano
- 2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 Tsp Pepper Powder
- Salt
- 2 Tsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Butter
- 1 Grated Cheese
- 1 Tsp Mayonnaise
Preparation
Prep: 15 minutes
Cooking: 30 minutes
- Take a pan, add oil, butter -mix & let it melt.
- Add cornflour (stir well), milk, cream, salt and pepper. When the sauce thickens switch off the flame.
- In another pan, add oil, butter, green chilli – sauté well
- Add all veggies – stir properly. Now, add spinach and coriander – toss well.
- Add salt, pepper, oregano, chilli flakes.
- Now pour the white sauce, mayonnaise and mix well so that all veggies are coated well. (Adjust the spiciness & salt as per your taste).
- Grate the cheese and cover the pan with a lid. Let the cheese melt and cook for 5-7 mins more.
- Finally, our healthy delicious exotic veggies are ready. Serve hot with toast bread!
