Lazeez Lassi

A quick blend of all ingredients and you have a glass full of wonder beverage ready. This yoghurt-based drink is a perfect summer drink. It’s cooling and light and extremely easy to make.

Ingredients

  • For Kesar-Pista Lassi
  • 1 Tbsp Pistachio
  • 5-6 Strands Kesar (Soaked in A Tbsp Curd)
  • 1 Cup Curd
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Ice Cubes
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Cream
  • For Mango Lassi
  • 1 Mango (Pulp)
  • 1 Cup Curd 
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Ice Cubes
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Cream
  • For Rose Lassi
  • 2 Tbsp Rose Syrup
  • Rose Petals to Garnish
  • 1 Cup Curd 
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Ice Cubes
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Cream
  • For Plain Lassi 
  • Cardamom powder – 1tsp
  • 1 Cup Curd 
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Ice Cubes
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Cream

Preparation

Cooking: 10 minutes


  1. ​For kesar pista lassi – Add all the ingredients mentioned above in a blender and give it a blend.
  2. Pour the blended mixture in a chilled glass and garnish with pista flakes.
  3. For mango lassi – Add all the ingredients mentioned above in a blender and give it a blend.
  4. Pour the blended mixture in a chilled glass and garnish with fresh cream.
  5. For rose lassi – Add all the ingredients mentioned above in a blender and give it a blend.
  6. Pour the blended mixture in a chilled glass and garnish with rose petals.
  7. For plain lassi – Add all the ingredients mentioned above in a blender and give it a blend.
  8. Pour the blended mixture in a chilled glass and garnish with fresh cream and cardamom powder.
