Low-Carb Gluten-free 4 Seed Baked Bites

Super simple and nutrient-dense seed bites that’ll fuel you in an instant. This make-ahead recipe is great for those pressed for time and who need something healthy to satiate those recurring hunger pangs.


  • 15 gms Melon Seeds
  • 15 gms Pumpkin Seeds
  • 15 gms Flaxseeds
  • 15 gms White Sesame Seeds
  • 20 gms Almond Meal
  • Onion Flakes, Himalayan Pink Salt, Paprika – As Per Taste Preference
  • Water


Prep: 15 minutes
Cooking: 40 minutes

  1. Dry roast all the seeds for a few seconds.
  2. Dry grind them in a mixer.
  3. Mix the seeds flour with the almond meal.
  4. Add the onion flakes, salt and paprika. You can use any other flavor combination.
  5. Add water slowly to mix it. The dough should be firm and not soft.
  6. Shape it into balls.
  7. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C.
  8. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, at the same temperature.
  9. Cool and store in air tight container.
