- 1 Cup of Maida
- 1/2 Cup Of Desi Ghee
- 1/2 Cup Of Powder Sugar
- Cardamom Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Of Fresh Beetroot Juice
- Dry Fruits
Prep: 15 minutes
Cooking: 120 minutes
- Take ghee into the pan, roast maida in ghee for around 10 min on low flame then add sugar + beetroot juice (food colour if you want) + cashews + cardamom powder in it. Mix it well.
- Grease your favourite mould with ghee and pour the mixture in it with dry fruits.
