Orange Citrus Salad

Here’s a cheerful little Moroccan-inspired Citrus Salad with walnuts, dressed in a flavorful Citrus Vinaigrette. Full of immunity-boosting vitamin C, it is like sunshine on a plate. Delicious, quick and healthy.


  • 1 Small Bowl Rocket Leaves
  • Some Basil Leaves
  • 1 Small Cup Chopped Avocado
  • 1 Orange Cut in Wedges
  • 5 Walnuts Cut in Halves
  • 4-5 Balls of Boccacini
  • Vinaigrette (3 Tsp Oil, 1 Tsp Vinegar, 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard, Salt, Pepper, 3 Tsp Fresh Orange Juice)
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


Prep: 10 Minutes
Cooking: 5 Minutes

  1. Get all the ingredients of vinaigrette in a bowl and whisk to form an emulsion.
  2. Toss all the salad ingredients in a separate bowl, drizzle in the vinaigrette and toss the salad.
  3. Serve it in a bowl. Garnish with micro-herbs.
