Savoury Waffles

Crisp, protein-packed, healthy and delicious savoury waffles to keep you full and fulfilled for hours.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Moong Dal
  • 2 Green Chilies, Chopped
  • 1 Onion, Chopped
  • Oil & Salt
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • Green Coriander

Preparation

Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes


  1. For the waffles, soak yellow moong daal/lentils for 4 hours. Once done, grind them with some salt, green chillies, onions and make a batter.
  2. Preheat a waffle machine and grease it with very little oil, add this batter to make the waffles.
  3. For the tomato chutney, churn the tomatoes, garlic cloves, coriander, some green chillies and salt to make a chutney.
  4. Serve it with the waffles.
