One of our very typical Maharashtrian comfort meal. This one is again what I have learnt from my mom. One of my fav food since childhood. Easy to make and absolutely filling. This sadha varan (simple daal) is really easy to make. Just drizzle a spoonful of desi ghee and you can even have it as soup. You can also eat this stir-fried potato sabzi with your normal paratha. A must-try comfort meal.
