Turmeric Immunity Bites

This is a perfect immunity bite for the winters and super easy to incorporate in our diet. One can eat it freshly made or store it and eat as a pickle. Add a pinch of black pepper to increase the absorption rate of curcumin, an active ingredient in turmeric. Turmeric is a natural ingredient and great source of probiotics which helps improve gut health and boosts immunity.


  • 100 gms Fresh Turmeric
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • Salt: According to Taste


Prep: 15 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes

  1. Wash and peel the turmeric.
  2. Chop it into a disc.
  3. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix it well.
  5. Serve as a pickle or add it in a salad.
