- 100 gms Fresh Turmeric
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- Salt: According to Taste

- Wash and peel the turmeric.
- Chop it into a disc.
- Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Mix it well.
- Serve as a pickle or add it in a salad.
