Vegan Gluten-Free Baked Zucchini Chips

As simple as its name, all you need is 3-ingredients to prep this healthy snack in no time. What’s more? It’s low-carb, gluten-free, vegan and baked. Can’t get healthier than that.


  • 2 Zucchinis
  • Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil to Brush
  • Paprika as Per Taste


Prep: 20 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes

  1. Cut the zucchinis into super thin slices.
  2. Sprinkle some salt and leave them aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Squeeze the extra water and allow the slices to dry out a bit on a kitchen paper towel.
  4. Preheat oven at 200 degrees C for 10 minutes.
  5. Place the slices onto a greased baking tray.
  6. Brush the tops with oil. Sprinkle salt and paprika.
  7. Bake at the same temperature for 1 hour until they crisp up. Serve hot.
